Our off-airport car park is all hard standing, has CCTV and security fencing with the buildings alarmed to the local police. We are currently working towards gaining the Association of Chief Police Officers (APCO) car park security award.All our drivers are insured as fully comprehensive to drive your vehicles, and carry ID cards should you feel the need to check. |

Online Security |
Our third party payment handler uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layers) Encryption. This means all your payment details are encrypted before being sent to Protx, and only de-encrypted when it reaches their server. You can tell the site is secure by the appearance of a padlock at the bottom of your browser.

This page will not describe HTTPS posts in detail, but what is important to this discussion is that the vendor can be assured that no-one other than Protx will be able to decrypt the message, and nothing Protx send back in the reply to that POST can be decoded by anyone except Help Me Park. Even if someone was to capture ALL the information sent in a 128-bit encrypted session, it would take all the computers in the world longer than the lifetime of the universe to break the encryption. |

Data Protection and your Privacy |
We collect and store only data that is appropriate for us to deliver the services you request on this website. There are eight principles put in place by the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that your information is handled properly, all of which we adhere to.
It states that data must be:-

- Adequate, relevant and not excessive;
- Accurate;
- Not kept for longer than is necessary;

We do make use of the latest Antivirus software and have a Firewall installed for an added layer of protection between our server and the internet.
We do not pass your information to any third party for marketing or other purposes, unless required to do so by law.
We will send you details of products or services that we think may be of interest to you, either by post or email. If you do not wish to receive these you can opt our by selecting the clearly labelled tick box on the data entry forms. |

Payments and refunds policy |
Online services are only bookable online by processing payment as you book. Early booking guarantees availablity and whilst last minute bookings can be catered for, availability does become tight during peak periods.
If you wish to cancel a service booked online, simply go to the Change a booking page and select the appropriate booking to cancel. It is not possible to have an order without creating a personal profile and receiving an order history, so if you are not able to find your profile or order history, you have not booked and have not been charged for any services.
Please allow 21 days for refund processing. A small administration charge will be deducted from your refund. Refund charges should not exceed £6.99 if a booking is cancelled up to 2 days in advance, however cancellation charges will be 40% of the parking fee if less than 48hours notice is given.
Whilst Help Me Park understand that customers may not wish to commit monies too far in advance of their holiday parking, we have found that many of our customers prefer to book early in order to secure availability and to spread the cost of their holiday over a wider period.
